Court Cunningham

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Yodle, Court oversees all aspects of operations and strategy, including technology, product development and sales and marketing. Court joined Yodle as CEO in 2007 when it had 10 employees and 200 customers. Today, Yodle has over 700 employees serving tens of thousands local businesses in the top 40 major metros across the United States. Prior to joining Yodle, Court held the position of COO at Community Connect, a niche social networking company, where he lead consumer marketing, product development and business development efforts. Prior to Community Connect, Court served as SVP & General Manager of the Marketing Automation group at DoubleClick, where he built DARTmail into a $60 million industry leading email marketing solution that was sold to Epsilon in 2005.

Court received a BA in English from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Court is also the co-author of Local Online Advertising for Dummies, the first ever comprehensive book covering online advertising for local businesses.

Rick is President & CEO of Landslide and has more than 30 years of experience in executive management, sales, and marketing for some of the world’s most successful SaaS and technology companies including Mzinga, Cisco, WebEx, Intranets.com and PictureTel.  Prior to Landslide, Rick was President & CEO at Mzinga. Rick helped build Mzinga into the market leader providing on-demand social software solutions to major global brands.

Immediately prior to Mzinga, Rick was Chief Marketing Officer of WebEx Communications and President of WebEx Small Business, where he was responsible for the company’s worldwide go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies.

Rick holds a BS in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.

Randall S. Glein

Managing Director of DFJ Growth Fund

Mr. Glein joined Draper Fisher Jurvetson in 2002 and is a Managing Director of DFJ Growth Fund.  His career spans more than 20 years in the technology and media industries as a venture capital investor, operating executive and entrepreneur.  Prior to DFJ Growth Fund, Mr. Glein was CFO of FeedBurner, a DFJ portfolio company acquired by Google, while also serving as a special partner with DFJ.  He was previously a Managing Director of Tribune Ventures and Vice President of Tribune Company, where he led early-stage investing and served on the boards of BlackVoices (AOL), Centerpost (West Corp), iExplore, Intellinex (ACS), Legacy, Performics (DoubleClick) and Teach.com (E&Y / Intellinex). 

Mr. Glein has also held principal investing positions with CID Equity Partners and Hughes New Ventures, where he participated in the founding investments for DIRECTV, Motient, and XM Radio.  Additionally, Mr. Glein served in senior operating positions with DIRECTV and Screenz, where he played key roles in their formation, development and growth.  He began his career as an engineer with GM Hughes Electronics and Martin Marietta. 

Randall earned a BS with High Honors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School.

General Partner of JAFCO Ventures

Tom Mawhinney joined JAFCO in 2003 as a general partner, bringing a 15-year background in the technology industry as both a venture capitalist and an operating executive. At JAFCO, Tom is actively involved with The 41st Parameter, Aperto Networks, ClairMail, Conformia Software, Groundwork Open Source, Mimosa Systems, Neterion, Solidcore Systems, Voltage Security and Xambala. Prior investments while at JAFCO include Brion Technologies (acquired by ASML), DATAllegro (acquired by Microsoft), Infinera (INFN) and PostPath (acquired by Cisco Systems).

Before joining JAFCO Ventures, Tom was with Canaan Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm with $2 billion under management. Prior to joining Canaan, Tom co-founded and served as President and COO of North Systems, a venture-backed software company that he helped manage for five years. Tom first developed his skills as a technology investor and entrepreneur during the five years he spent with Summit Partners, a venture capital firm with over $6 billion under management today.

Tom graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard College and earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Andreas Stavropoulos

Managing Director of Draper Fisher Jurvetson

As Managing Director at Draper Fisher Jurvetson, a leading venture capital firm, Andreas serves on the boards of a number of private companies. His past investments include Mobile 365 (acquired by Sybase) and Centerpost (acquired by West Corp.), with a focus on software (consumer/internet and enterprise infrastructure), mobility and technology-enabled services.

Prior to joining DFJ, Andreas was at McKinsey & Company, where he worked with senior management teams of corporate clients with an emphasis on information technology. Before that, he was a senior analyst at Cornerstone Research, a financial and economic consulting firm that helps resolve complex issues arising in high-profile business litigation.

Andreas is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College with a BS in computer science. He also holds an MS in computer science from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar and graduated first in his class.

Rob Stavis

Rob Stavis

Managing Partner of Bessemer Venture Partners

A Managing Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, Rob focuses on investments in the financial services sector as well as in emerging software technologies. Since joining BVP, Rob has led the firm’s investments in and sits on the boards of independent research companies Gerson Lehrman Group and Soleil Securities, CRM software developer Portrait Software (formerly AIT Group, LSE-AIM: PST), financial marketplace Zopa, independently produced video distributor Revver, home network management software provider Pure Networks, and the stock loan focused Broker/Dealer financial services company Quadriserv. Rob was closely involved in BVP’s investment in Motilal Oswal Financial Services, an India-based financial services and brokerage company.

Rob entered private equity after a 15-year career at Salomon Smith Barney, where he became co-head of global arbitrage trading. He was a member of Salomon’s operating and risk management committees, and chaired the recruiting committee, in addition to managing a $100 billion balance sheet. Rob holds degrees from the Engineering School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School of Management.
